The Crescent Sonata (Solo Guitar)



I was really hoping that the solo acoustic guitar version of this piece would work, but I don't think it does.  Sounds a little empty to me.  What do you think?

 My initial thought was to have the solo guitar be the base and color it with orchestral textures.  Still seems like a good way to go, but I'm open to suggestions.  Any ideas that you'd like to share?
